Solumada supported environmental protection by donating beehives and embossed wax sheets to a beekeeper, facilitating their transport from Majunga to Morondava. This initiative highlights the crucial role of bees in sustaining biodiversity and agricultural productivity. By aiding local beekeepers, Solumada helps preserve bee populations, which are essential pollinators for many crops and wild plants. This support enhances the efficiency and productivity of beekeeping operations, boosting honey production and providing a sustainable income source for local farmers.

In the hope of inspiring and supporting the future generation, we are determined to bring a positive impact starting from the local community and to achieve this target, we provided computers to a French-speaking school on the island of Sainte-Marie in Madagascar. We are convinced that the children from this school will grasp this unique opportunity to take their first steps in learning about Information Technology, discover new experiences as well as step into new spheres of knowledge.

The company organizes team-building outings, like outdoor sports and recreational activities, fostering camaraderie and a fun work atmosphere. We believe that maintaining a balance between professionalism at the workplace and incorporating leisure activities can only build up excitement and encourage teamwork, boosting morale and productivity. A healthy positive environment can enhance employee satisfaction, loyalty and keep their motivation and willpower very high. 

We have numerous other projects in the pipeline, each aimed at fostering environmental sustainability and community well-being. For instance, the country is often hit by cyclones and the citizens are in most cases unprepared for such a situation. At Solumada, we aim to organise workshops to sensitize the community on cyclone readiness, including early warning systems, evacuation plans, and emergency supplies as well as inculcate a culture of providing financial or material support for immediate relief efforts after cyclones, such as food, water, shelter, and medical supplies.
